PROCESSING TIME: Most items are custom made to order and require time to produce before ready to ship.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Tracking will be available on all orders but will not track International orders once they leave the U.S.
RETURNS: As a small business making items to order, exchanges and returns are not accepted. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK CLOTHING SIZES WHEN ORDERING AS THEY CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
If an order arrives damaged in any way, please take photos and keep all packaging material in order to qualify for a replacement.
